Challenge

I did research & development on the user flows, & complex inter-connectivity of the different level or management & students which have enrolled for the cohort to practice and work in clinical or lab shifts.

Role

I created the design system, the web and mobile user journey for onboarding, enrollment for cohort, payment methods, student dashboard, clinical and lab shifts schedule and management, clinical staff management, clinical admin dashboard, shifts approval or rejections, program admin control panel, analytics and assessments of students progress through out their cohorts and experience.
